"My town is your town if I say so. But I say no, so get out!" Kris lives in the fictional town of Ferguson Hill. Although the page name just includes Ferguson Hill, this also includes other locations in the show, so pay attention to that. Here's Kris's golden city!
Kris's House
1467 Glenville Drive is without a doubt one of the nicest houses in Ferguson Hill, excluding a few of Kris's early "additions". This is the current Slobman residence as of 1998. The house costs $700,000 and was built in 1986. The house consists of a two story foyer, a living room, a study, a spacious kitchen, four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a dining room, a garage, two attics, an unfinished basement, and what Kris claims to be a den even though it is just a huge hole behind the kitchen sink (he did however manage to get a TV, two sofas, and practically all of his valuables in there while his room is infested with random junk). It also has a round porch which extends off the south side of the house above Ferguson Hill's Owl River, which Kris swims in often considering he doesn't have a pool. A small basketball court is shared in the front lawn between 1467 and 1469 Glenville Drive, which leads to much bickering between the Slobmans and the Marks.
Neighboring Houses:
Yolo Manor
Yolo Manor is the biggest house in the neighborhood at 1470 Glenville Drive. The house was built in 1951 and cost $3,000,000. It's four stories high and overlooks the Downtown Ferguson Hill Skyline. Notable services include a pool, butler service, and what appears to be a homemade roller coaster in what used to be the foyer back when it was first built.

Jordan's House

Being average sized, it compares dramatically to both Kris and Aldman's houses. It's address is 6 Amilton Road in Amilton, on the other side of Ferguson Hill. The house was built in 1970 and cost $250,000. It isn't seen very often.
Theodore Roosevelt Jr. High
Serving grades 6 through 8, Theodore Roosevelt Junior High is the largest school in the Ferguson Central District. It is the school Kris, Aldman, Jordan, and almost every other child character in the series goes to. It is three stories high and has 98 classrooms, a cafeteria, two gyms, a four story high auditorium, a swimming pool, four shop classes, two kitchens, three baseball fields, one football field, and a track.
Bowl a' Soup Lanes is the local bowling alley in Ferguson Hill at 145 Wells Avenue. It was first introduced in "Bowler Drama" and is a popular "Friday night" spot for kids at TRJH. There are 70 lanes split on two floors, and a food court with restaurants such as the High n' Fry, and McMiso, which is voted a favorite by Mayor, resulting in him spending his leisure time there with the kids every Friday. The floors tend to break easily, but the walls and roof stay in tact 98% of the time.
At the edge of the "Communimover", the Ecstatic Communimover Lifesaver Immediate Paneling Systems Endeavour Incorporated General Headquarters (ECLIPSE Inc. General HQ) is where the hustle and bustle of life in Ferguson Hill takes place. It perches over the treads of the town, plunging twenty stories down into the engines. Many people who reside in the town work here, for they want to make a part of their town's growing unique culture. The company devises reflection strategies, organizes town trade and transportation techniques, and has a weekly fiesta night ever Thursday night. Not to mention, the company works around the clock to make sure the treads' path is safe! The employees must be extremely cautious to avoid any majorly developed areas, rather to stay in a stretch between NY 25 and the Long Island Expressway. All seven main characters have a full or part time job at the factory (Kris and Aldman are sort of apprentices even though they go to school, for they technically aren't 14 yet).
Phogna Bologna-Parody Studios
Phogna Bologna-Parody Studios is the largest movie studio on Long Island outside of NYC. True to its name, the producers at the studio aren't very creative and often copy ideas from Walter Brothers Studios. There are forty-five recording buildings and over 100,000 props.
Concrete Jungle Amusement Park
The Concrete Jungle is Ferguson Hill's only amusement park. It is actually located in Daleburgh. However, it was formerly owned by Green Banners Inc. called Green Banners Long Island and was abandoned due to low attendance. Later in 2004, the town of Ferguson Hill took claim of the property and cleaned the park up, added new props, etc. It is an Urban themed amusement park and was first seen in "Amusement Abusement". Some rides include Blubber Subs (submarine ride), Mine Terror (log flume), Fender Blender (bumper cars), Skyscraper (freefall tower), and the 410 foot high coaster- Terra-Bite®!
Hazleville-MacAllis Ranch
The Hazleville-MacAllis Ranch is a 100 acre plantation of rich farmland at the intersection of Hazleville Drive and Wells Avenue. The land was preserved in 1929. This was home to the late wealthy owner, Elizabeth MacAllis, who died on Zazie's recent visit in 2009 due to septic shock. Zazie, now only 14, is in charge of the plantation, especially a two acre huge sinkhole of oversaturated land that many crops and livestock are sucked into during hurricane season (though few hurricanes reach Long Island- the ECLIPSE treads are highly vulnerable to collapsing ground). Mayor McMarcc is trying to replace the entire plantation with a supposed housing development, which he claims would bring hype to Ferguson Hill, then convert the area into a plantation again. Zazie sees no point in this, and whenever the Mayor comes to the ranch to check the permits, he uncontrollably sneezes due to his allergy of cows.
